BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients and water in a pot. Let them soak for 30 minutes.
Heat the pot over medium-high heat (level 10) with the lid partially covering it.
When the mixture begins to boil, reduce the heat to medium and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Turn off the heat, fully cover the pot with the lid, and let it cool to room temperature.
Strain the liquid through a fine mesh strainer to remove solids.
